These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "Terms") are established by QATIB AL-SAMAWI for Trading Co., referred to as "the Vendor".
These Terms govern the sales relationship between the Vendor and any individual, non-trading consumer (hereinafter "the Customer") wishing to make a purchase through the celestial.sa website.
By placing an order, the Customer fully and unreservedly accepts these Terms.
These Terms define the rights and obligations of the Vendor and the Customer concerning the online sale of products offered on the celestial.sa website. They apply to the exclusion of all other conditions.

3.1. The products offered for sale are those featured on the celestial.sa website on the day the Customer consults the site. The primary products are the Vessel 01 Aroma Diffuser and its accompanying fragrance essences (Lyra, Pulsar, Luminous).
3.2. The Vendor takes great care in the presentation of the products. However, the photographs and descriptions are illustrative. Minor variations may occur, and the Vendor shall not be liable for such variations.
4.1. The Customer may place an order by selecting the desired product(s) and adding them to the shopping cart.
4.2. Before confirming the order, the Customer will have the opportunity to verify the details of the order and the total price and to correct any potential errors.
4.3. An order is considered final once the Customer confirms it and the Vendor receives confirmation of payment. The Vendor will then send an order confirmation summary via email.
5.1. All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and include all applicable taxes.
5.2. Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation. The Customer may pay using one of the following secure methods:
* Mada, Visa, Mastercard
* Apple Pay
* Buy Now, Pay Later services: Tamara and Tabby
6.1. Delivery Zone: Products are delivered exclusively within the territory of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
6.2. Delivery Costs: Delivery is provided free of charge for all orders. The Vendor reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
6.3. Delivery Times: The Vendor endeavors to deliver orders within a maximum of three (3) business days from the order confirmation. This timeframe is an estimate and not a guarantee.
6.4. Customer Obligation: The Customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. The Vendor cannot be held responsible for delivery failures resulting from an incorrect address.
6.5. Tracking: Once the order is dispatched, the Customer will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
7.1. Return Period: In compliance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Customer has the right to return an eligible product within seven (7) days of the date of receipt.
7.2. Condition of Returned Products: For a return to be accepted, the product must be returned in its perfect, original condition. It must be unopened, unused, and in its complete original packaging, with all seals, accessories, and wrapping fully intact7. Any product that has been opened, used, damaged, or is not in its original packaging will not be accepted for return.
7.3. Non-Returnable Items: Due to health and hygiene reasons, fragrance essence bottles (Lyra, Pulsar, Luminous) are not eligible for return or refund if they have been unsealed or opened888.
7.4. Return Procedure: To exercise the right of return, the Customer must contact the Vendor's Customer Service within the 7-day period to obtain return instructions. The Customer is responsible for ensuring the product is returned safely to the Vendor.
7.5. Refunds: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the Vendor will notify the Customer of the approval of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
7.6. Defective Products: This return policy does not cover products with manufacturing defects. Defective products are covered under the separate Warranty Policy.
8.1. The "Celestial" brand, the four-pointed star logo, and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of the registered owner, Abd Alaziz Saleh Ghurmullah Alghamdi.
8.2. All elements of the celestial.sa website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, are the exclusive intellectual property of the Vendor and/or its owners. Any reproduction or use without express prior consent is strictly forbidden.
The Vendor's liability in connection with the sale of products on celestial.sa shall be limited to the direct and foreseeable damages resulting from its breach of these Terms, and shall not exceed the total amount of the order placed by the Customer.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Customer's order, and all resulting legal relations are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh.
